CANCELLATION POLICY AND DISCLAIMERS

Disclaimer

All registration pricing is subject to verification based on housing confirmation, government IDs, student IDs, AIAA membership, etc., and so on and so on. Those falsifying their registration information will be up-charged accordingly and made to clean the bathrooms.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing by March 11, 2020 and emailed to christina@dattsummit.com. Cancel by March 11, 2020 to receive a refund minus a $50 processing fee; any cancellation received after March 11, 2020 will not receive a refund.

Substitutions/Reprint Policy

Registrant substitutions can be made by emailing christina@dattsummit.com prior up until the badge is printed. Additional charges may apply. Printed badges are non-transferable once collected at the event.There will be a $25 charge for badge reprints onsite.
